I am sorry if u feel it wrong here!!!!....
I'm not sure what the problem is...usually houseboats are parked on a dock so you're connected to land...therefore you can attend school...(?)

Ans. If you're on a houseboat that isn't going to be near land there's always home school and or online classes. If you ask your school, they can tell you what paperwork to fill in, what classes to sign up for and take, and you can work on your own and get the grades you need.
