One minute I was standing with my mother near the refreshments shop on the platform and next minute I was in the middle of a mob of unknown people. I was sure that I hadn't moved much, so I looked around but no familiar face was visible. A train had just arrived and people were streaming in and out of it. The first reaction was panic. I did not have a cell phone with me. I knew no one in the city. What was I going to do alone? As I stood there, confused and scared, I saw the railway attendee waving the green flag. I ran to him and told him my situation. He looked at me, intently as if to make sure that I really was lost, and then took me to the Station Master's Office. There, some woman told me not to worry and gave me a phone. I called up my parents and in ten minutes, they came to pick me up, holding my hand tightly on the way back.
