according to me quitting will not help!!!!

we should look forward to our problems and try to solve them instead of escaping from them. if we are threatened by our problems then problems will threaten us but if we settle our problems then problems are never gonna settle us.

if iswaran narrates ghost stories then we can tell him not to do so or give him something more interesting to do. but if every employee keeps on quitting then iswaran would never change his behavior which would be bad for both him and the society
