standing. (b) If there is no dust bin at all.

Explanation:

A) If dustbin is at the gap of 20 meters from me then i shall surely walk the distance and reach the dustbin. next i'll throw my garbage in it and if any other spilling around it .. would throw that too.. because nowadays its very necessary!!

Otherwise we have to only struggle with extreme level of litter in future that would worsen our life .

B) If there is no dustbin at all i would keep it my pocket or in any substance that i'm carrying . So after reaching home or the place where trash collector is available i'll dispose it off there :)
