Dear Sam:

I hope this letter finds you in great health and spirits. I am going to share with you something weird that happened to me at school. Do you remember I had talked to you about my strange teacher, Mr. Crocker Harris? He is very strict. He made me do lots of extra work on the last day of the term; I had just missed one class, and that too because I was ill. But he did not listen to me. I was the only student in the class that day. Another teacher, Mr. Frank saw me and laughed at me for doing the work.

Though Mr. Harris is strict, yet students admire him. He follows rules and regulations of the school quite meticulously. He is strict with his students; but he is not a sadist. He does not want his students to like him; he wants them to make sincere efforts in learning. He gives extra-work to students who show carelessness and make mistakes.

I want to share with you something secret. I feel Mrs. Harris has an affair with Mr. Frank. I don't like it. That's all from my side. Do write me back.
