In such a scenario,the teacher is supposed to find a solution to the problem in various ways .For one the teacher should identify a student or students who are good in the mother tongue language and also good on English and this students will translate for the other students.Also as a teacher I will make an initiative to learn their mother tongue.
Also you can reward the student who makes an initiative to learn the teaching language,so as this students can be motivated to learn the new language.
