Subject -: Invite for being a Special Guest

Dear sir,

I am Taylor a student of your school and I would like to request you to be a special guest in a programme.

I am the cultural secretary of the Save The Environment Organization in our school. We are encouraging students to plant trees and spreading awareness on the current environmental issue. The eco club has planned to organize an assembly next week in the auditorium for encouraging other students to join the club too. We want you to be our special guest and encourage the students to take part.  The students are really excited for this because we are going to involve some fun activities like drawing, colouring, puzzle solving, plant a tree, become an author, etc. These interactive activities will encourage the students to think about the current issues because these activities spread awareness. We will also have a poster making competition. I hope you would spend some time and join us.
