In the right hand corner write the date of notice and in the left hand corner, write the reference no. of notice (for example, N4401)
Then start the body of your notice.
BODY : Our school is going to arrange a drawing competition for the students of classes V-VIII. This competition is only for self-creativity. No teachers or experts will be there to help anyone. Based on the drawing drawn by students of a particular class, prizes will be distributed. Prizes will be distributed on the basis of classes. There will be separate prize distributions for separate classes. The one who will rank outstanding will get the chance to go on a tour with the school stuff. The students who are willing to participate in this competition can list their names to the undersigned.
