To plan out for water resource management.
If we try to single out one thing that is most important for life, we will come to water. Even oxygen comes from water. May be that is the reason, why there is life only on Earth.
So, if I become a village head, I will first inspect the sources of water in the village. I will plan for storage of water and filtering of water.
If that village is already self sufficient with water sources, there is no problem with water availability and water accessibility,
I would think of Education.
I will build a small hall in the middle of the village. I shall procure all the text books from primary section to high school and place them in the hall, and convert it into library. I shall also, place some note books which each student can use to make notes and place it back in the library or can take home for reading. I shall use my own money for books, while, I will use funds for the hall.
School and vocational colleges, or training centres and household industries will be my priority.
Overall, I would like to make my village self sufficient, and self reliant and stand as an example and inspire other villages.
