When I opened the box at home, I was really shocked as I was expecting a rubber ball but there was something else and after that my experience / action was –

I saw a set of pens was there in the box and that too were broken.

I went to the shopkeeper and asked him about this wrong supply of item.

Then I requested him to change the item with my ordered/purchase one.

He refused to do so and did not given me the ordered product by saying that he had supplied the right item but I have changed it somewhere else

Then came back from shop and suddenly a neighbor came to me and said that perhaps his packet has got exchanged with mine and when I saw, it was the same packet which I had purchased from the shop. And I realized that shopkeeper was true to his words
