Understanding is the aspect which will try to evaluation in him, because when he will understand how to translate then he can easily do it.

Punjabi and Hindi botha are closely same language so if he understands that what will be the answer when he will translate so he easily will do the translation. As a evaluator first I will teach him about the sentence for understanding.
