Answer:

Transpiration is a physiological process that occurs in in plants where water present in plant is evaporated into the atmosphere through aerial parts of the plant such as leaves.

Explanation:

Transpiration process can be demonstrated easily by using a potted rose plant.

At first the rose plant should be watered well.

Then a small part of the branches should be selected where bunch of leaves are visible and then they are enveloped with a polythene transparent cover.

This setup is left for a day and when you observe on the next day droplets of water are observed in the inner side of the polythene cover.

Thus transpiration is demonstrated.
