Given :   a window 40 cm in width and 15 cm in height.

To find :  maximum gap you can leave such that spacing between each grill part is equal.

Solution:

window 40 cm in width and 15 cm in height.

Grill in window o Equal Spacing with maximum gap

Hence we need to find HCF of 40 & 15

40 = 2 * 2 * 2 * 5

15 = 3 * 5

HCF is 5

the maximum gap you can leave such that spacing between each grill part is equal.  =  5 Cm
