Dear Diary

This is my first day in the hostel. I am feeling so homesick. I have never stayed away from my parents before. I am missing my mother so much. Today is Sunday. If I was at home I would have gone out to play with my best friend and neighbor, Ashish. My mother would have prepared something special for lunch and in the evening she would take me to the park.

I did not want to join the hostel but because my father has been transferred to another place due to his job, he had to leave me here. It is mid term and I cannot change schools so though I dislike hostel life I have to stay here.

I am counting the number of days left for the vacation. Hope the vacation comes soon, then I can go back home.

Hope time flies and hostel life gets over soon.

Dear Diary

Everything seems to be so dull like a night which will never see off. The childhood , where I just enjoyed playing, fighting , laughing and eating with friends is going to end soon. I'm experiencing something , that I can never write here. For the time being, I just want that this moment comes true to be a dream. But it ain't , I have pinched me several times , still I'm here where I never wanted to be.

My parents are sending me to boarding school forcibly. I promised them saying I will keep on studying all time and don't disturb them anymore, still they are not convinced. I imagined myself to be independent, whatever I wanted to do, I can. But this news has just broken my heart from somewhere deep inside. Still , I'm wondering was I too disturbing for my parents that they just want me to expel from the house? Everything was so fine since the last evening when I presumed them to be joking with me about boarding school. But slowly everything went into a very serious note. More than anything, I feel sorry, that how could I be such child that they don't want to send me away. My heart is too heavy. My hands are as cold as liquid helium. I don't want to talk to them anymore. I understand that they are worried for my studies and that hostel is a very right place to shape students. But still I do think , why can't I just study effectively at home?

Whatsoever, I hope that nothing wierd happens with me there. May teacher be nice. I have heard that the school is quite strict. I pray , that they be lenient with me and don't send complaints here.
