When you hear music the lower part of the brain that is the frontal lobe and the hippocampus gets involved. Sometimes we even go with the beats while typing or fingers this action is caused by a response by the cerebellum. Auditory cortex and limbic system also response to musical sound. This is generally caused due to the action of the fluid present inside the semicircular canals of cochlea.
