case 1 : all the three resistors are combining into parallel combination.

so, 1/Req = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3

= 1/30 Ω + 1/30 Ω + 1/30 Ω

= 3/30 Ω

= 1/10 Ω

so, Req = 10 Ω

case 2 : all the three resistors are joined in series combination.

so, Req = R1 + R2 + R3

= 30 Ω + 30 Ω + 30 Ω

= 90 Ω

so, Req = 90 Ω

case 3 : two resistors are in parallel and then this system is joined series with third resistor.

step 1 : 1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2

= 1/30 Ω + 1/30 Ω

= 2/30 Ω

= 1/15 Ω

so, R = 15 Ω

now, R and R3 are joined in series combination.

so, Req = R + R3

= 30 Ω + 15 Ω

= 45 Ω
