Answer:

First Consider your budget and what you want to do with you pc .

CPU: Check number of cores and threads. You can find this info by searching the processor model on ark.intel website and ryzen homepage. More cores and threads means better multitasking. i7s have more threads than i5s and son on. Same is true for Ryzen series cpus. You can use re ddit / buildapc for help, you will find their all the help you need, my username is starlord_7 on re ddit, you need an account to message anyone or post anything. CPUs with K can be overclocked, not needed unless you do heavy CPU work. Generally you don't need more than i5 except if you do photo editing/ video editing, 3D modeling and sometimes gaming.

GPU ( or Graphic Card ): Most important if you want to game or photo/video editing etc that I mentioned  in CPU section, less important otherwise. If you don't plan on gaming, Integrated will be fine.

RAM: if you don't multitask, 4 GB maybe enough but Windows will be slow. Consider getting 8 GB if you can. 2 sticks of 4 GB RAM will be slightly faster than a single 8 GB stick.

Motherboard: Check Compatibility of Motherboard with CPU first.

SSD: Makes PC very fast in file operations including turning on the computer and opening folders and all applications.

Power Supply: Don't buy a cheap power supply if you buy expensive CPU(i5/i7) and GPU. Check Power rating carefully, or get a psu which is bronze rated(kind of expensive).

PC Case: you need good airflow.
