angithi and heater both are same thing. The question is not about which is more suitable the question is about how the heater helps the cloth to dry faster.
angithi is the other name for heater a kind of traditional heater.

Yes, Spreading the uniform near the anghiti or heater would help it to dry quickly. Because the heater will warm up the surroundings, then the temperature will increase and water from the wet uniform will get evaporated quickly. As spreading the cloth near heater increases the surface area and also the rate of evaporation.
