Subject - Complaint against faulty water purifier.

Sir,

I bought a water purifier model number 2196XLM from the showroom of Scott Electrical Appliances, Delhi. The installation of the appliance was done by a serviceman, sent by showroom itself.

After about 45 days of installation, I am experiencing problems from the purifier. The water usually contains mud. Also, the light indicating the working of purifier blinks a lot, giving uncertainty of purification process going on at all.

I want proper servicing of the appliance or exchange of the product as soon as possible. Looking forward to your prompt reply.
