F7 is used for spelling and grammer check

Hello there,

I order to spell check a file in power point, there are two ways which are given as follows;

  • Press the F7 tab on your keyboard and the whole document will be checked. This is a kind of shortcut.
  • The second way of checking the spelling of the file. click the tab that says Review from the above home bar. Then click Spelling and grammar check. One you click it, it will automatically suggest you spelling and grammatical changes that need to be done.
