other. In a street they had seen to each other as they are walking in the opposite directions. Suresh observed that,
the shadow of Mahesh had fallen to his left. Towards which direction is Suresh walking?​

Suresh is walking towards North direction.

• We know that sun rises in the east, so in the morning when sun rises in east the shadow will fall in the west direction.
• If the shadow fall in the west direction then the left side of Suresh must be east.
• If left side of Suresh is east his right side would be east and he would be walking towards North while Mahesh would be walking towards South.
