By the given conditions,

• x + y = 21 .....(1)
• x + z = 19 .....(2)
• z + y = 22 .....(3)

Subtracting (3) from (2), we get

• x - y = - 3 .....(4)

Adding (1) and (4), we get

• 2x = 18
• or, x = 9

Putting x = 9 in (1), we get

• 9 + y = 21
• or, y = 12

Putting y = 12 in (3), we get

• z + 12 = 22
• or, z = 10

We conclude that: y > z > x

Answer: Dinesh is the winner.
