Suresh is having a garden near Delhi. In the garden, there are different types of trees and flower
plants. One day due to heavy rain and storm one of the trees got broken as shown in the figure.
The height of the unbroken part is 15 m and the broken part of the tree has fallen at 20 m away

Answer:

AB=height of unbroken part=15m

BC=length of the broken part=20m

AC=height of the full tree= ?

AB^2+BC^2=AC^2

15^2+20^2=AC^2

225+400=AC^2

625=AC^2

25=AC

Then,height of the full tree=AB+AC

=15+25

=40

Therefore, option 1)40m is correct answer
