Suresh is of 12 years age and has been employed in a mine. Has the employees of Suresh violated any fundamental right of Suresh? If so state the right which has been violated and provision of that right?

Right Against Exploitation i.e Article 24 has been violated. Article 24 ostensibly prohibits the employment of children below agr 14 years in any factory, mine or other hazardous industry but it does not prohibit any harmless or innocent work.
