Suresh takes 15 minutes form his house to reach to his friend's house on a bicycle .if the bicycle speed of 2 metre / second , calculate the distance between his and his friends house

here is your answer ....

time taken(t) = 15min➡15×60➡900 seconds
speed of the cycle (s)=2 m/s

distance= speed × time
d = s × t
d = 2 × 900

1km = 1000m.
1800m = 1000m + 800m = 1km 800m = 1.8 km

 \therefore \: the \: distance \: between \: his \: \\ house \: and \: his \: friend \: 's \: 1800 \: m \\ = 1.8 \: km.
