Surfce area of hall=Area of 4 walls + Area of ceiling

= 2(bh+hl) + lb

= 2(10×7 + 7×15) + (15×10)

=2(70 + 105) + 150

=2×175 + 105

=350 + 105

=455m^2

Cans of paint required= Area of hall ÷ one can of paint

=455/100

=4.55 cans

She will need almost 5 cans of paint to paint the room.
