The drainage system in an African slum which by far i believe applies to all slums across the world is characterised by;

1.canals with dirty water mostly human waste ,

2.the canals are not maintained they block accasionally

3water in this canals are smelly and can cause serious havoc if not checked

Roads and ather amenities are stil a problem in slums .all this is a reflection of the incient harappa
