I would suggest you to take medicines in time to time. Besides, you should follow a balanced diet chart everyday for a good health. It will give you strength to recover soon. Do you know, research is saying that a good food habit can make a healthy life ? You have a very bad habit to eat junk foods, fast foods instead of healthy foods containing proteins, vitamins etc. You should have a glass of milk everyday. Without a healthy life how will you achieve your goals, how will you study hard ? Now you are in class XI. Please now take care of your own health. You know very well what is wrong and what's right. So why do you choose wrong for you willingly? You have to be prepared for higher studies. So build a good food habit from today.
