Answer:

Cash crops present in Kerala are "coconut, rubber, tea, coffee, pepper, cardamom, areca nut, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon". "98 percent" of demand of spices in India is supplied by Kerala. However, in spite of its great contribution to agricultural sector considering the amount of cash crops it cultivates. Kerala is unable to en-cash these crops. This is happening due to the "negative growth rate" of "agriculture".

Information about some cash crops:

Cashew: It grows well in warm humid and tropical conditions. It can be grown in any soil type with proper water supply

Cotton: It requires tropical climate with 500-750 mm rainfall and fertile soil.

Rubber: It requires equatorial climate with 750-1200 mm rainfall.
