If you ask me about the negative markings, then I would say yes. There are negative markings for each incorrect answers.

The main responsibility of say Tester would be finding errors / bugs, Automation scripts creation, etc.

We cannot find any role called Tester in Scrum. There can only be roles like Product owner, Scrum Master and finally a Development team
