Survey some schools in your locality and enlist the major issues of the

elementary education. Suggest the ways to resolve these issues.

There are many issues and problems found in the elementary education and schools teaching it.
Lack of quality teachers is one of the major problem found which cannot groom the child upto the mark , this problem can be resuced by hiring the only quality teachers.
lack of educational facilities:  some of the school found the lack of basic facilities like the proper benches and quality building, this can be resolved by increasing the educational centers budget or using charity amount.
Low students :  areas near the village don't have the quite the student for study and number of students are low .This can be solved by creating awareness among people.
Lack of drinking water :   Proper drinking water is not available and if available that is in low amount . This problem can resolved by just concentration and checking the schools quality by the authorities .

In elementary schools there is an issue of the children not studying because of the poverty they have to assist their parents at work so they are not provided the education.

The solution to this problem is:

- Part Time Education:

There should be an introduction to part-time education so that the children can work as well as study and for this, the attendance should be voluntary so that they are not confined to getting the classes and can be flexible in taking the courses.

- Finance:

The deficiency of enough funds keep the children from getting the education, for this, the state government should increase the amounts of fund its provide to the children and make sure that no one is deprived of the education.


The problem of girls not getting the education is the biggest problem and needs to be tackled. For that following measures should be taken.

- Appointing ladies educators;

- Popularizing blended primary schools;

- Opening separate schools for young ladies at the higher essential stage;

- Providing free books and composting materials;

- Providing low maintenance instruction for young ladies in the age-group 11 – 14.

- Providing separate educational program for young ladies, and

- Providing appropriate comforts for young ladies in schools.
