Let me give this a try;

• From my survey, i found out that the most common disease that has got great negative impact to the society that  we are living in is malaria.
• The disease is caused when an individual is bitten by a female anopheles mosquito. This  is the root cause of the disease.
• The best way of preventing this disease is sleeping under the treated mosquito nets to prevent contact with the mosquito.
• Clearing of the bushy areas surrounding our home areas  is another way of prevention
