Explanation:

When any liquid is freezed below its melting point , it expands and turns slowly into solid .

The same thing will happen with Soda .

When soda becomes solid due to freezing , it expands and hence its volume increases .

As the bottle's cap is closed it will not allow soda to come out of bottle while undergoing expansion .

Because of these soda will apply tight pressure on glass bottle and it will cause cracks on bottle .
