They should not pose any hindrance. India is a free country and just because you have a different religion doesnt mean that you cant be friends. Any religion you are, you still are a human. Being friends with a person of a different religion is not bad at all! Infact they SHOULD be friends to raise awareness on equality between religions/faiths.
