Adopting the seed planted by Prime Minister of India, we have led the way towards maintenance of a clean environment by constructing and renovating sanitation facilities in various project areas.
By installing cloud based remote monitoring and real-time behavior trackers in toilets, SEED has pioneered the establishment of smart, high-tech toilet facilities.
Taking the movement for cleanliness further, SEED has become a proud participant of the “Swachh Varanasi” project, which follows in the footsteps of the nation-wide initiative “Banega Swachh India”.
The project promotes the setting-up of high- tech toilets at Ganga Ghats, and includes a portable superstructure which controls the flow of water and can be shifted to another site, in the event of a rise in water level. These toilets are equipped with innovative, cutting-edge technology such as fecal sludge treatment and waterless urinal technology.
Further, they are designed to be easily accessible to the differently-abled and are women-friendly. We plan to replicate the initiative across India to stop open defecation and make India clean and healthy.
We have also initiated cleanliness campaigns in the villages, by focusing on spreading awareness about better sanitation and hygiene practices and disseminating information about the importance of cleanliness, through IEC materials. The villagers are also educated about behavior change, to make the campaign truly effective and successful. .......

Water conservation is the only way to save water to solve the problem of water scarcity in the future. In India and other countries of the world, there is a huge shortage of water, due to which the common people have to make long distances for drinking water as well as preparing them for everyday water.
Water is the most essential source of life on earth because we need water to perform all the functions of life, such as drinking, making food, bathing, washing clothes, etc. for the crop. We need to save water for the proper supply of water for a future generation without polluting it. We must stop the waste of water, use water properly and maintain water quality.
When I look at clean foreign cities and rural areas in movies, I wonder how beautiful and clean this place is. The snowy mountains of Switzerland, the windows adorned with flowers from Italy and the sandy beaches of Australia make us enchant with our beauty and cleanliness. In our India, there is no shortage of such unprecedented tourist sites, historical monuments, heritage sites and majestic castles, but why do not they look like foreign counterparts?
Cleaning the country is not the only government work, it is our responsibility too. We should have a sense of goodness in people but here is our basic problem. We blame the government, others, and do nothing themselves. I have learned one thing from the father of our country.
Its aim is to create global awareness in the rural areas for the general public and it is designed to connect with public health.
so we should always keep our surrounding neat and clean.
There are a few simple things we need to do to clean our India.
1. Throw garbage in the garbage cans
2. Do not encourage spitting, if you are doing it, immediately condemn people.
3. Avoid plastic cover, plastic disposables
4. When you go shopping, take a bag with you, learn the same people around you
