Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is a mass movement to realize Gandhiji's dream of a Clean India. A massive public awareness through intensive campaign on Cleanliness has been planned between 25th September to 2nd October 2014. This week shall be observed as Swachha Bharat Saptah (Clean India Week).
In pursuant to this, Chandigarh Municipal Corporation has initiated Swachh Chandigarh Campaign with the objective of generating mass awareness about the importance of Cleanliness. The Municipal Corporation appeals to its Citizens to come forward to make this drive a success by actively participating in the drive by cleaning their surroundings.
