When Swami caught an intruder in his fathers office he became a hero overnight. Swami was a child and he was living with his parents and grandmother in the Malgudi. Swami always slept with his grandmother after listening to a story and this habit made his father angry. His father forced him to sleep in his office and when Swami told his friend about this, his friends warned him that there are ghost near your father’s office. While sleeping in the office swami woke up at mid of the night because he had a dream about ghost and at the same time he saw someone was entering into the office. Swami grabbed his legs and started shouting help. His family caught the thief and handed over to the police.
