Answer:

As Swami was having pain in head (was giving excuses) his mother told him to stay at home but his father said to go in school. After then he told his father that one teacher samual is there who beat students and he told that his teacher would get angry on him because he would go late to school. So his father wrote a letter and told him to give it to headmaster. Swami went to school feeling that he was the worst perjurer on earth because he wasn't at all sure about whether he had been accurate in his description of Samuel. But he thought that police would chain him (Samuel) and put him in jail So Swami found him worst perjurer on the earth
