1. Open your Word document.
2. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Background group, click Page Borders.
3. Verify that the Page Border tab is selected in the Borders and Shading dialog box.
4. Click a border option under Settings.
5. Select the style, color and border width you want to apply.
6. Under Apply to, choose what part of the document you want to apply the border to.

1.Open your word document and choose Page Layout on the Ribbon
2.Then select page color to select the background color you want.
3)a picture on a clip art
1.Select the Insert tab.
2. Click the Clip Art command in the Illustrations group.
3.The clip art options appear in the task pane on the right.
4.Enter keywords in the Search for: field that are related to the image you want to insert.
5.Click the drop-down arrow next to the Search in: field.
6.Select Everywhere to ensure Word searches your computer and its online resources for an image that meets your criteria.
7.Click the drop-down arrow in the Results should be: field.
8.Deselect any types of images you do not want to see.
9.lace your insertion point in the document where you want to insert clip art.
10Left-click an image in the task pane. It will appear in the document.
