At the end of 11th year, she would get

Rs (x+11y)

This is equal to Rs 30000

So,

x + 11y = 30000

⇒ 11y = 30000 - x

⇒ 11y = 30000 - 22500 + 6y

⇒ 5y = 7500

⇒ y = 7500/5

⇒ y = 1500

x = 22500-6(1500)

= 13500

Salary  after 8 years

= x + 8y

= 13500 + 8(1500)

= 25500

So, the salary after 8 years is Rs 25500
