⭕ when we eat the sugary food then the bacteria which contain into our mouth convert the sugar into acid which reduce the pH value of our mouth up to 4 and 5 hence cost the tooth decay.
we should apply toothpaste which contain basic structure regularly. so that it increases the pH value of our mouth and prevent from tooth decay.
