Option a) Has given my heart / A change of mood is an example of synecdoche.

Synecdoche uses a small part to refer to the whole. Here, the poet uses the word ‘heart’ to refer to his entire being. When the poet says that the snow that fell on him changed the mood of his heart, what he means to say is that the snow dust actually changed the mood of his entire being. This also includes his mind. Therefore, option a is an example of synecdoche.
