Copper nanoparticles have been synthesized by using chemical reduction method using de-ionized water as solvent. The surface morphology is observed by Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). The formation of copper nanoparticles was confirmed by UV-Visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
