x+y=xy

Divide both side by xy to get

1/x+1/y=1(i)

Similarly divideboth sides of x+z=xz/2 and y+z=yz/3 by xz and yz to get

1/x+1/z=1/2(ii)

and

1/y+1/z=1/3(iii)

Now eq(i)+eq(ii)-eq(iii)=2/x=1+1/2–1/3=7/6

So x=2*6/7=12/7

Substitute the value of x in equation (i) to get y=12/5

Substitute the value of x in equation (iii) to get z=-12

Hence the value of x, y and z are 12/7, 12/5 and -12 respectively.
