Hi..

here is your answer. ..

BLOOD PRESSURE :- Lateral pressure or force exerted on the walls of arteries is called arterial blood pressure.

SYSTOLIC BLOOD PRESSURE :- It is the pressure of blood durable ventricular systole. It is maximum and responsible for flow of blood in the arteries.

Normal systolic pressure is 120 mm Hg.

DIASTOLIC BLOOD PRESSURE :- It is the pressure of blood during ventricular diastole.

It is minimum Normal diastolic pressure is 80 mm Hg.

Thus the normal blood pressure is 120 /80 mmHg..

hope it helps you. ☺

Hello friend...
Good morning...

SYSTOLIC PRESSURE - During contraction in the left ventricle of heart a pressure exerts on the wall of atria, this maximum atrial pressure is known as Systolic Pressure. It normal measures 120 mm of Hg.

DIASTOLIC PRESSURE - During diastole in cardiac cycle, heart muscle relaxes due to which filling of ventricles occurs which applies Pressure i.e; Diastolic pressure. It normal measures 80 mm of Hg.

Therefore a normal blood pressure in a healthy adult would be 120/80 mm of Hg.

Factors Affecting Blood Pressure -

✓ Stress.
✓ Obesity.
✓ Less physical activity.
✓ Age.
✓ High salt consumption of salt.
✓ High alcohol consumption.
✓ Smoking.
✓ Genetics.
✓ Some heart defect.
