Let the Point T(0,-3) and S(0,4) be T(x₁,y₁) and S(x₂,y₂) respectively.

Using the Formula of the Slope,

   m = \frac{y_2 - y_1}{x_2 - x_1}
⇒ m = (4 + 3)/(0 -0)
⇒ m = 7/0
∴ m = ∞ (undefined)

Hence, the Slope of the line Passing through the points T and S is ∞ (or undefined).

Hope it helps.

SOLUTION:-

given by two points :- T(0,-3),S(0,4)
here,
 x_{1} = 0 \: \: \: y_{1} = - 3 \\ x_{2} = 0 \: \: \: y_{2} = 4 \\ formla \: of \: slope \: given \: two \: points \\ m = \frac{y_{2} -y_{1} }{x_{2} - x_{1} } \\ m = \frac{4 + 3}{0 - 0} \\ m = \infty
hence \: slope \: is \: undefinded
