3250 per day but if he was absent from work, a sum of 375 was deducted per
day. At the end of 60 days he received 12,400. Find the number of days he was
absent.​

THEREFORE AMOUNT OF MONEY OF 60 DAYS =250 * 60

=15000

AMOUNT OF MONEY OF ABSENT = 75

AMOUNT OF MONEY HE RECEIVED =12400

SO NUMBER OF ABSENT = 15000 - 12400

= 2600 =34.66 SO NUMBER OF ABSENT =34.66
