Hey mate here you have to consider radius be x
and HT. be 4x
and then put it in the formula,
231cm^2=2×π×x(x+4x)
231cm^2=2×22/7×x×5x
Now solve it the value of x obtained would be radius and then multiply with 4×x and value obtained would be the height.....

231=6.28×5x
231=31.40x
231/31.40=x
