is 3πrsquare instead of 2πrsquare. How do you justify​

Answer:

TSA of hemisphere includes the area of the spherical part (which is half the TSA of sphere) and the base area as well which is a circle.

i.e. 2pie r square + 1pie r square = 3 pie r square
