√15 &  - √15 are zeroes  of  t² - 15

Step-by-step explanation:

t² - 15 = 0

=> t² - (√15)² = 0

=> (t + √15)(t - √15) = 0

=> t = √15 , - √15

comparing with

at² + bt + c = 0

a = 1

b  = 0

c = -15

Sum of roots = - b/a  = -0/1 = 0

√15 - √15 = 0

Verified

Products of roots = c/a = -15/1 = -15

√15 * (- √15) = - 15
